Eye Care Project
An eye care clinic system built for patient flow, refraction work, billing, and stock control.
This project uses Laravel 13 and Laravel’s session-based authentication for login, registration, logout, and protected clinic modules. It covers patient intake, appointment scheduling, consultation notes, eye examination records, prescriptions, invoicing, inventory, and reporting.
Possible functionality included
Patient master records with demographics, emergency contacts, insurance, allergies, and medical history.
Appointment scheduling with assigned doctor, source, complaint, and visit status tracking.
Consultation notes, eye exam metrics, refraction findings, prescription records, and follow-up planning.
Invoice generation with multi-line items, due dates, payment status, and outstanding balance tracking.
Optical and clinical inventory with reorder alerts, cost, sale price, supplier, and storage location.
Dashboard and reports for daily operations, low stock alerts, outstanding invoices, and workload summaries.
